The lineman at San Marino right now must be wondering if they are in heaven or have stumbled into hell. With Valdes and Mooney working them over - one thing for sure, SM is gonna be low and chop blocking the universe next year.

By October, that O/D line is going to playing two heads above their God given ability, and trust me it won't be slow developing zone blocking they are selling. It will be pull, trap, chop, counter and pull again...and overload left/right bring the student body. Loya will of course bait the defense until they think they know the next play - then pull out that one play he had in the corner of his mind from an old game film session in some armpit stinky makeshift film room.
San Marino is going to be fun to watch.

Just my two cents, but I wish Cox would have stuck to TC. He is not a safety, that is for sure, but the kid is a natural, extremely relaxed performer on the field, with excellent field vision. His passing ability was never really tested, as he was primarily shuttled in on running plays.
TC may or may not have a great season ahead, but they would have put a good O-line in front of Cox, had he stayed. Hopefully Copping won't get that "baseball only" feeling - and step away from the great QB potential he has. He is a mature sophomore and could make for a good TC starting QB, he can lob the long ball, roll out and do everything it takes to run the O.
Kwame is a likeable kid and a good athlete - but equaling the bar Williams Do set is a whole nother story. Do's junior year at outside LB - he could not be blocked, including double teaming him, and with Reasoner in the middle, that was heaven for TC fans. Do in the Wildcat against SM, another joy to watch. Aaaah ...those were good days

I am back to the world where sports counts. It was snowing on my vacation...Steve Nash is a beast, always love that love. Caught up with Fanview...now as I see all of these guys rotate through Tuesday nights you guys need to bring in Coach Podley, Garrett, Derrick McCanless( who will be attending Annapolis in the fall), the bash brothers of Cody McKenzie and Daniel Harriman as well as Bad Dude Casey Horine.

As another Bearcat fan told me...never was much of a Kool-Aid man, always liked Tang myself. Gonna be a good season, GO BEARCATS.
