Whether it&#039;s Charter Oak v. Glendora or Rosemead v. Arroyo, it&#039;s not crosstown. Just like when Covina played South Hills, or Northview&#039;s renewing of its rivalry with South Hills, it wasn&#039;t crosstown. Intra-district, but not crosstown, because South Hills is in West Covina and Northview in Covina.]]></description>
