Arroyo WR Jose Valdivia- Junior
Jose Valdivia, Arroyo, Jr. WR/LB 5-10, 160
Valdivia didn’t play as much last year as a sophomore but is exepected to make a huge impact this year for the Knights. He can play defense at either linebacker or defensive back but Arroyo HC Jim Singiser will try to utilize him exclusively on offense.
“He is one of my best receivers. Other than maybe Peter (RB Aholoka) he is the one guy on offense that you don’t want to mess with,” Singiser said. “He doesn’t like to be pushed around. He won’t stand for it. Sometimes I have to reel him in in passing games. He’s a tough kid.”
@ MidValley staff, EMHS Football has a website with all of their events and where they will be throwing, but then again I don’t see Arroyo on the schedule.
Give some spotlight to el monte we got some amazing Players
If you want some spotlights on EM Football, some good reading on Aram and Fred’s blog: Top 10 QB, Top 25, Top 10, an article on their posters. Crazy how they have so much info on the Lions when the Midvalley is across the street. As an EM Fan, I’ll have to settle for reading the Trib. Plus, I can see why a SpotLight was needed after this was already written in the article “Throwing on the Third”
From MVS Staff: Aram of the Trib and Fred do a great job, recommend reading them every chance you get. Good stuff over there.
U mean Steven Rivera does big things without him there nothing there gonna be like the colts last season without manning there going to suck
South em. For the last three years, Arroyo has beaten you guys with a total score of 114-7. Maybe you guys should beat them first(or at least score more than 7 points in a game) before you start talking smack.
And it’s “they are” not “there”. Duh.
He is so good that he was on the JV team last year.
Have you forgotten, only Arroyo does big things.
Why is the spotlight on arroyo kids there not gonna do anything this year except lose
