The Lions, with a host of talented players returning are predicted by some to win the Mission Valley League title and knock Arroyo off its pedestal. Here are a few shots that Duane got. If Mt View is known as the duck farm, then let’s go back and remember that El Monte was known as the roach motel. It was infested with those damn bugs. Hope Mt View puts on their Raid helmets when they play the El Monte (Roaches), I mean Lions…

I’d have to say this is a win in the score column for go lions. Clearly the better writer, clearly much more clever and clearly has done his homework. The goal of blogs is to talk smack and express your opinion. To compare El Monte and Mt View right now is insane. There’s a reason for all of El Monte’s hype…they’re good! People do the talking for them! Mt View, sad to say has been struggling (for a long time). Kudos Go Lions blog your behind off.
First, I’d like to apologize. I thought you enjoyed criticisms of bloggers lack of language skills (“Nice to see that you understand my humor!”). Secondly, I take offense to any suggestion that any person associated with EMHS has “RAPED” the MVL. Let me make myself clear when I state that we in no way condone that type of behavior. Next, I thank you for your invitation to peer edit your writing.
To begin with, it is not necessary to start your post with @… Most readers have enough comprehension skills to conclude who you are directing your post towards. Now, it seems you are having difficulty with heterographs (“no” instead of “know”, “your” instead of “you’re”, etc…)which is often a signal that you may have dyslexia. You should get tested. Also, I have never encountered a high school that began with “The University of…”, but if you were inferring that I am a University graduate with a degree, you would be correct. As for your critique of the two football programs I am interested to know what standards you are using to make such a bold statement. There is one football program that allowed their QB to throw an entire tournament with earrings on, whose players and staff have no uniform attire, and whose entire staff has been mocked by every respected program in the Valley. The other program’s starting offense played one play in the second half of last year’s contest after scoring 42 unanswered points.
The duck farm was not removed 20 years ago it was removed in 2002 get your stories straight. MV will always be the ducks.
Mt. View went 0-5 in league last year. Why would you open your mouth about anything. Until M.V. makes the playoffs then they can talk. Better yet when they win a league game. As far as coaching staffs M.V. by far has the worst in the league. You can’t even compare to Arroyo, SEM or El Monte’s staff.

Arroyo has always been a great program so lets be realistic, No high school in thethe mission valley league is putting in hardwork and time. Its called modesty this team is gonna be vicious with the right coaching
I don’t think Mt. View has ever been referred TO a Duck Farm, but I didn’t attend “The View” so maybe they do refer the football players and staff to Duck Farms after the season. Considering that you write with a stutter, all the beatings the View endures must cause massive PTSD. Maybe Duck Farms are therapeutic.

Arroyo seems to be very quiet this summer. Umm I wonder why. Could it be because they have no leader and no confidence.
The word is “beat” not win. You are going to beat SEM… Not your going to win SEM, unless we get to take home the school after the win.
