Reason for the long delay in hiring is;
the pay su(#$, the getting drilled by admin Su(#$, The parents yelling Su(#$, the parent in your face telling you his kid should be the starter Su(#$,the hours Su(#$, the other schools cheating and recruiting especially the private ones getting all the honors , and athletes Su(#$,
maybe admin should let coaches do their jobs and not be eager to fire them unless Urban Meyer , Nick Saban and Pete Caroll are lined up to get the job.
Why are the schools with no football coach taking so long to hire one? The longer they take, it takes away from the kids. They should be in the weight room and learning the new system. I think the admin don’t know how important the off season is.
