Corona Centennial rocked Damien right out of the state tournament last night by a margin of 18 points; not bad for a team that was rated fourth in its division, compared to the Spartans’ number one ranking. In the open division, Chino Hills fell to Bishop Montgomery because of poor defense, and at the same time the Ball family home fell victim to burglars because the family apparently didn’t think about defending there either.
