    Never seen such a sad comment section. The kid is having a argument with himself it looks like. Commenting then responding to himself. Someone take his Metro Pcs away.

    No wonder why you didn’t hear about him it’s AJ Carreon* and from what I heard he’s a great athlete and a good qb and Monrovia didn’t flush him out he left because of a move sorry pal for having false info.

    @ Local Fan ;Arcadia demographics are majority white and Asian, football team high percentage African americans, where are they from? not from Arcadia at least not all , so I believe what Local Fan says “they sold their soul to the devil”

    @D1
    valid point.
    However, Maxie and company are going around saying they don’t recruit, and they only have home grown kids. How do you explain all the “Arcadia” Players with ‘Rose City’ in their bio’s.

    last time i checked the ‘Rose City’ is Pasadena, not Arcadia.

    Arcadia finishes 3rd in the league at best, maybe 4th.

    Maxie is a good Man and Coach. He is trying to get kids into Arcadia that’s it. Nothing shady about Coach Maxie. You guys forget Kids change their minds all the time. They are kids and they go where they want to.

    Is he enough to carry Muir? Did Muir get any other players to come home?

    Maxie is a former coach at the infamous Cathedral high school where he picked up those same recruiting habits like blow smoke up the kids a** but once they see it’s just a side show … bounce rock roll and skert out of town to the next highest bidder.
    Speaking about the Phantoms word is the kids coming in is crazy! St. John Bosco kids Monrovia Serra Hawkins they are about load up

    So what I’m hearing is it is fine for coaches from Cathedral, Pasadena, La Salle etc to talk to and recruit Arcadia kids, but it is cheating if anyone outside of Arcadia attends and plays for Arcadia? That sounds like the backwards logic private schools have been using for years. The Cathedral QB went to Jr High in Arcadia. The QB for Pasadena and Monrovia last year both started in Arcadia. So who exactly is recruiting here?

    3 weeks later, after pitching all 4 games of a quadrupleheader, Young won his 400th game.
