Try stepping into the private sector. I can sit around and blow a whistle all day too. The bs you and these other clowns on this site are preaching is what we have to deal with in the private sector. Your kids coming into the workforce with no sense of integrity and thinking that everyone owes them something because there coach, parents or a clown who never played a down of football says. @my 2 cents aka referee defender. Was at the Pasadena/Arcadia game last night and there were well over 30 penalty flags. Many if not most were well after the play for things like holding etc that neither side could see. When will the SGV officials association actually do something to get better? The game took 3 and half hours because these guys throw flags on kids for playing hard, blocking etc.
How hard will it be to watch next week’s Alhambra-Schurr game? I’d imagine by game’s end, the only man left will be that fellow with the clipboard. Keeping horrible games like this on tap is probably part of CIF’s scheme to get rid of football.

That is why you were never a coach. It’s called having some class genius. It’s about teaching the kids that there part of something bigger than themselves. It’s about respect for an opponent that worked as hard as they could and just didn’t match up. These are traits that are crucial to these young men as they enter the real world. Traits that are necessary to succeed in the game of life. It’s to bad that these traits have escaped you my friend. Maybe someday you’ll understand.
From T. Peterson. Then stop them!! I just get so sick of the crying. And to be honest sometimes a team’s best offensive weapon is the run. They’re actually going easier on the defense when they they throw it. I’ve seen that several times including a few years ago in a CIF Championship game. So if they keep it on the ground and they still run up the score up is that an issue too? You want them falling on the ball the entire second half? At what point in the game are they supposed to take a knee. The definition of running up the score is way too vague. Again, you don’t like it? Stop them.
@ BG, My only mistake last night was that we should’ve played with running clock right after half time and placed the ball on the 50 after each Schurr score. Boy, am i pooped today, after running up and down that field last night after every score. I swear i was at a track meet and not a football game.

Great win for M town. I’m not impressed with any performance this year. The playoffs are going to be tough for them. They are going to host a game, but its going to be a coin flip 3rd place team from a tough league , which may be as good as any team they lost to.
Although they do have talent, they are missing that “it” factor.

Onside kick do you know football? You guys were kicking our butts on kickoff return so we squibed it so you could get a big return. Your obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed. It was an injury timeout as well. You should have stopped crying that the great Beltran got kicked out and actually paid attention. Cause if you did you would have noticed that the JV team was in the game minus the quarterback because the back up got hurt.

The Lancers got their a***** handed to them by the Spartans 56-10. Their coach (Beltran the god) got tossed early in the 3rd because he couldn’t handle the a** whipping his boys were taking. He totally checked out on BG.

Then, up 56-3 , its 4th quarter on a running clock and he calls a time out with 1:20 left in the game and he calls a play? What the hell was that. His running back got SMASHED by the BGHS linebacker! The kid could have been hurt! Putting his players in danger just to try to run up the score. Not cool!
