My guess is people like JustaMom ran him out. Making the playoffs when it was supposed to be a down year just isn’t enough. And it won’t be enough unless a coach goes undefeated all the way to the State Championship. Even than, he better not lose a single game the following season.

With Long out it be a great move if they can convince Spathais to return. Kid would definitely turn out if he returns to coach. Plus he already a teacher on campus. LA parents wanted someone with ties to LA. Spathais went 7-4 with a team that lost a lot of talent. Ziola record would of been the same if he stayed. But where the LA coaching staff go DB where they went 0-10. Can we say they couldn’t coach? Or no talent? But then we can say Coach Ziola at LA won cuz he had talent. Spathais wherever he goes if he coaches again will be great for kids. Best if luck to Spathais and LA. Bassett the right man for u works on campus. But reality he probably wouldn’t want to coach there cuz they don’t put money into program

Nicklaus’s statement may ring true for hackers ’round the world, but pre-sexual scandal Tiger Woods was totally unfazed by his bad shots, probably because he kept his mind firmly fixed on that 19th hole.
