SGV Bowl Set for January 13 at Covina District Field

UPDATE!! The 2nd Annual SGV Bowl is set for Saturday night January 13 at Covina District Field. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. The West will be coached by Baldwin Park head coach Robert Maxie and the East will be coached by Nogales head coach Matt Villasenor. Last year’s game was played at Charter Oak High School.

Blair Hangs a Hundred on Temple City

(Temple City) – Timmy Anderson scored 36 points and Nazsir Common added 28 as Blair passed the 100 mark in a 103-68 rout of Temple City Friday night in Rio Hondo League action.

(Inglewood) – The Chargers fired head coach Brandon Staley and General Manager Tom Telesco Friday morning after a 63-21 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders Thursday night at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
