(Monrovia) – Monrovia got a new field in 2010. The Wildcats also hope to get a new CIF championship after coming one game short a year ago. A good start towards that goal would be a win over San Dimas – the team that beat them in the CIF Championship game last year.

I can’t remember when I stood in the rain for a longer time. For three hours, I was on the sidelines at Citrus College taking it all in. It hadn’t rained for ten months but Saturday night at the CIF Mid-Valley Championship game it rained…and rained…and rained.
