Burbank QB Adam Colman a good prep career is beginning to look very special.<\/p><\/div>\n

No matter what time of year, there will always be debate on who is the best quarterback on any given Friday. All that matters for this moment is who is doing the leading, the reading and winning when it counts.<\/p>\n

1.) Adam Colman (Burbank) \u2013 He has already led the Bulldogs on two fourth quarter comebacks this season for wins. Colman brings a sense of calm with his senior leadership when the chips are down.<\/p>\n

2.) Michael Ball (Rowland) \u2013 Defenses have had to game plan against the Raider quarterback. This team wouldn\u2019t be near the top without his running and passing.<\/p>\n

3.) Greg Spathias (Bonita) \u2013 Talk about clutch, all Spathias has done is lead the Bearcats to wins against San Dimas, Claremont and Santa Fe. All the while keeping the seat warm for Garrett Pendleton.<\/p>\n

4.) Zac Wilkerson (Crescenta Valley) \u2013 Heir apparent to Kyle Cota and Karsen Reedy is only a junior and has led his team to a 3-1 record. Wilkerson has accounted for seven of the 12 touchdowns the Falcons have scored.<\/p>\n

5.) Andrew Buenrostro (La Serna) \u2013 Heading into 2010 we heard rumblings of the slimmed down and more athletic looking quarterback. Buenrostro has matched his eight touchdowns from a year ago and has only thrown one interception.<\/p>\n

6.) Evan Hunko (Mayfair) \u2013 Leadership is something that is earned on the field and that is what Hunko has done. Huge win over Norwalk has the Monsoons thinking Suburban League title.<\/p>\n

7.) Lucas Yanez (Burroughs) \u2013 Three year starter knows what it takes to win in the Pacific. Can threaten teams with his passing ability.<\/p>\n

8.) A.J. Pule (Hoover) \u2013 Exciting and fun team to watch with Pule barking out the signals. Spread offense which incorporates his ability to roll out and find an open receiver. Has Tornado players believing they can win games.<\/p>\n

9.) George Johnson (West Covina) \u2013 Has become one of the best \u201cmanagers\u201d of a game plan in the Southeast Division. Johnson has one of the best play-action moves this side of Minnesota and is awful physical when he tucks it and runs.<\/p>\n

10.) Jeffrey Davis (Muir) \u2013 How big a loss was Davis? The Mustangs desperately need him to call the signals in a pass first, run second offense with weapons such as Kevon Seymour, Dai Dai McFadden and Destiny Iwuoma.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
