He might not miss a game.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u201cIt\u2019s just a sprain. It\u2019s still sore but we feel he\u2019ll be back soon,\u201d Layton said. \u201cWe have a bye next week so he\u2019ll have an extra week to heal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Price was having a big game before he left with 113 yards rushing and a touchdown. Price, who has verbally agreed to attend San Diego State next year, has rushed for 934 yards this year and has close to 300 yards receiving. He\u2019s also been a force on defense.<\/p>\n<p>Layton isn\u2019t too worried about Price missing even one game because he has ample replacements in Jacoby Carter and Andrew Fischer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll take it real slow if necessary. Carter has a great average per carry and you saw what Fischer can do last night,\u201d Layton said. \u201cFischer has a 4.5 GPA and he\u2019s a top rated track star as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fischer missed the first three games of the season due to an injury but last night he scored two touchdowns, had a fumble recovery off of a strip and intercepted a pass.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe will shine every game now that he is healthy,\u201d Layton said.<\/p>\n<p>After the bye next week the Panthers will face Los Altos on October 29.
