(Anaheim) – San Dimas scored four runs in the\u00a0fifth inning to overcome a 2-0 deficit and went on to beat Torrance 4-2 Saturday and win the CIF Division IV Championship at Angel Stadium in Anaheim. <\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0Thomas Jensen and Kevin Ponzo each had two hits and Ponzo also\u00a0drove in a run in the four run fifth inning rally. The Saints had\u00a0ten hits overall but were held\u00a0scoreless until pushing across\u00a0the four.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 Ponzo went five innnings\u00a0for San Dimas and Erik Salcido went the last two. The pair held\u00a0Torrance to just three hits\u00a0overall. Ponzo allowed one of them while walking four and striking out two. Salcido fanned\u00a0two and walked one.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 Andrew Pulido started and went five for Torrance. He fanned two\u00a0and allowed four earned runs and nine hits.\u00a0Ralph Ramirez worked a scoreless sixth.<\/p>\n
