  4. South Hills (3-2) \u2013 That \u201cping\u201d sound you here are coming from Huskies bats in the Southern part of Covina.<\/li>\n
  5. Bonita (7-2) \u2013 Tough week after winning Palm Springs Tournament the previous time.<\/li>\n
  6. Northview (4-2) \u2013 Impressive group of youngsters that include freshman pitcher Ana Mejia.<\/li>\n
  7. Schurr (2-1) \u2013 Jacklyn Zacarias earned player of the week for the Spartans in opening week.<\/li>\n
  8. La Salle (3-1) \u2013 Very good showing in the Palm Springs Tournament.<\/li>\n
  9. San Marino (2-1) \u2013 Michelle Floyd won pitcher\u2019s duel against Arroyo and Jaclyn Wagner.<\/li>\n
  10. San Dimas (3-2) \u2013 Saints get off to good start.<\/li>\n
  11. Duarte (4-1) \u2013 Finished 3-1 in own tournament after opening round loss to Wilson.<\/li>\n
  12. Temple City (4-2) \u2013 Rams can hit the tar out of the ball.<\/li>\n
  13. Arroyo (1-2) \u2013 Will get back on track during own tournament.<\/li>\n
  14. West Covina (2-3) \u2013 Dekota Monarrez hit two shots that are waiting to come down during San Dimas tournament.<\/li>\n
  15. Charter Oak (3-2) \u2013 Upset Bonita for third place in San Dimas Classic.<\/li>\n
  16. Village Christian (1-2) \u2013 Tough start to promising season.<\/li>\n
  17. Mayfair (3-3) \u2013 Have lost two straight in Downey tournament.<\/li>\n
  18. Bishop Amat (3-1) – Start the season in Arizona in Tournament of Champions.<\/li>\n
  19. Maranatha (2-1) \u2013 Heather Wilson has a great start to the season.<\/li>\n
  20. Sierra Vista (2-0) \u2013 Have allowed just one run in two games.<\/li>\n
  21. Montebello (2-1) \u2013 Great win over Arroyo to start the season.<\/li>\n
  22. Bellflower (2-1) \u2013 Taylor Stewart went 1-1 and allowed zero earned runs last week.<\/li>\n
  23. Baldwin Park (3-0) \u2013 34 runs scored in three games. Time will tell if Braves are this good.<\/li>\n
