Are you kidding me? Plate umpire John Hirschbeck\u2019s ejection of Manny Ramirez last night wasn\u2019t motivated by the fact that Manny is Manny and he wouldn\u2019t look like a hero putting it to the Dodger outfielder?<\/span><\/p>\n

Hirschbeck told the AP he didn\u2019t mind Ramirez throwing his bat and helmet, but tossing his elbow pad in the air went too far.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you look at the replay Hirschbeck is turned away from Ramirez so he doesn\u2019t even see it go into the air…He doesn\u2019t react until after Manny has walked away… and the crowd is pointing it out to him…<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course guess what side ESPN took?<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m starting to love Manny more and more…<\/span><\/p>\n
