With 4:29 left in the first quarter, Andrew Espinoza scored on a five yard run. Dillon Corona added the extra point and the Saints were in the lead 7-0.<\/p>\n<p>Covina came right back on the ensuing drive to come withing one point as Ainsworth capped a seven play 65-yard drive with a six yard run. The extra point appeared to be good but was ruled no good. From 1:19 left in the first period until early in the final frame, it was all Colts.<\/p>\n<p>A 14-yard touchdown strike from Livingston to Andrew Carrillo was sandwiched by four-yard run and and 10-yard catch for scores by Vinny Venegas. When the dust had settled from the scoring barrage, Covina had a commanding 27-7 lead.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur assistant coaches did a great job in getting the kids ready and putting together a great game plan for tonight. The kids did a great job executing that game plan\u201d commented Covina Head Coach Daryl Thomas after the game.<\/p>\n<p>Shawn Kennedy broke the scoring drought for San Dimas with 10:16 left in the fourth.
