(Glendale) \u2013 Zander Anding carried the ball only six times as he returned to the field after a collapsed lung sidelined him last week. But he racked up 223 yards with those carries as Burroughs routed Hoover 42-14 Thursday night in Pacific League play.<\/p>\n
Anding scored on touchdown runs of 90 and 64 yards and Brad Hunt threw three TD strikes to lead the offensive outburst.<\/p>\n
Hunt completed 9 of 12 for 81 yards and the three scores. The three touchdown passes went to three different receivers as Hunt found Eli Peppmuller, Connor Kramme and Ojarhee Brown.<\/p>\n
Hoover\u2019s Luke Tabayoyong had 27 carries for 92 yards and a touchdown.<\/p>\n
Burroughs improved to 5-1 in league and 5-4 overall while Hoover is still on the outside looking in at 0-6 and 0-9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
