I first saw Arroyo Lady Knight hurler Jackie \u201cJax\u201d Wagner pitch 9 years ago when she played softball for the Navy Bratz at Temple City American\u2026I\u2019ve seen her pitch a few times in high school\u2026but I won\u2019t see her this year. Wagner is gone for the season with a knee injury and will not step back into the circle until next spring at Utah State\u2026We wish her well.<\/p>\n

Note to former Athletic Directors\/Coaches\/Administrators: You know much more of the inner workings of your schools than I do. Absolutely, true, no problem there. However, do not tell me all sports are equal or that they should be treated equally. The sport that makes the most money, pays for itself, and supports other programs is set apart from all other sports\u2026and it should be treated accordingly.<\/p>\n

That might not be nice, that might not be fair, but it\u2019s true.<\/p>\n
