To come out like this is great.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">For Los Altos, trying to bounce back from a one win season in 2008 in front of a capacity crowd, the high point came at the 9:31 mark of the second quarter when Andrew Yamakawa scored from three-yards out on fourth and goal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">It was the Conquerors second fourth down conversion of the drive which began at the San Dimas\u00a0 40 following a Saints fumble. The point after was missed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">Getting the ball back at its 23 San Dimas gave it to Tre Evans who went left through the line and shredded multiple tackles as he covered 77-yards to paydirt. A dive into the end zone brought a yellow flag, and the extra point became a 34-yard boot for Dillon Corona. SD led 7-6.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">Corona, a sophomore, would score on a 17-yard run three minutes later and knock home a 28-yard field goal at end of the half to make it 16-6 Saints.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">The Saints delivered the clincher on a 14-play, 88-yard drive to start the second half, eating over six minutes of clock, which Jordan Taylor capped with a 10-yard run. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">\u201cThese kids know how to win,\u201d Zernickow said. \u201cThey played their hearts out.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">In the fourth quarter Corona kicked a 26-yard field goal and Ryan Kohler added six more on a two-yard push into the end zone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">The bludgeoning Kohler finished with 129-yards on 19-carries, Corona 112 on nine.
