The Spartans take the field.<\/p><\/div>\n

(La Canada)- The La Canada Spartans hit the field in full uniform just after midnight on Monday morning.<\/p>\n

“Everyone wants to know what we’re running on offense,” said new HC James Sims. “Well let them come out here and they’ll find out.”<\/p>\n

Midnight practices can be fun, and there were folks on hand to watch, but if it was done to beat the heat it only had a modest effect. The temperature was still reading in the 80’s when they took the field.<\/p>\n
