Chris Rufus and the Saints had a Seventies party in Baldwin Park<\/p><\/div>\n

It’s safe to say that six of the top seven teams in the Mid-Valley won’t lose another game in the regular season. Monrovia and San Marino will face each other so there’s a loss for somebody there (probably San Marino) but the rest of them should run through their respective leagues.<\/p>\n

Baldwin Park and Gabrielino were exposed while Pomona continues to surprise. Rosemead earned a hard fought win over Mt. View. Yes Mt. View. These aren’t your daddy’s Vikes.<\/p>\n

1. Monrovia (5-1) \u2013 The Rio Hondo rout begins.<\/p>\n

2. Paraclete (2-4) \u2013 Spirits finally start league with Bentwood.<\/p>\n

3. Arroyo (5-1) \u2013 Knights ended all the talking with Gabrielino.<\/p>\n

4. San Marino (5-1) \u2013 Titans win but South Pas kept it closer than expected.<\/p>\n

5. Sierra Canyon (2-4) \u2013 Blazers fall short vs. Nordhoff; Viewpoint this week.<\/p>\n

6. Bell Gardens (5-1) \u2013 Lancers annhilate Alhmbra; best in Almont?<\/p>\n

7. San Dimas (3-4) \u2013 Saints drop seventy on Baldwin Park.<\/p>\n

8. Viewpoint (6-1) \u2013 The thing about the Patriots is they just keep winning.<\/p>\n

9. Pomona (6-0) \u2013 Red Devils should be undefeated going into San Dimas game.<\/p>\n

10. Rosemead (5-1) \u2013 It was a struggle but Panthers got it done against View.<\/p>\n

11. Northview (5-2) \u2013 Vikings fall to Pomona; looking like third place team in the Valle Vista.<\/p>\n

12. Windward (4-1) \u2013 Wildcats kill Kilpatrick.<\/p>\n

13. Montebello (3-3) \u2013 Oilers roll double nickles on Keppel; BG October 25.<\/p>\n

14. Covina (3-4) \u2013 Colts trying to stay in the playoff hunt.<\/p>\n

15. Baldwin Park (5-1) \u2013 From the coin flip to the final gun, that was ugly.<\/p>\n

16. Mt. View (3-3) \u2013 Even in defeat, Vikes showed their mettle.<\/p>\n

17. Schurr (2-4) \u2013 Spartans lay the wood to SG; Now they get BG.<\/p>\n

18. Gabrielino (4-2) \u2013 The Eagles came, they saw, they were flattened.<\/p>\n

19. South Pasadena (3-3) \u2013 A 15 point loss to San Marino really isn’t that bad.<\/p>\n

20. La Canada (3-3) \u2013 Does a rout of Blair even count?<\/p>\n
