Tonight was no different as Penny seemed to be on a different level as even with a banged up knee and a defense keying on him, still managed 184-yards rushing and 164 receiving.<\/p>\n<p>*** West Covina shocked the Lancer Nation as Jon Hernandez busted a 66-yard run to paydirt on the Bulldogs opening drive.<\/p>\n<p>*** The Bulldogs pushed the lead to 13-0 when Steven Garcia scored on a four yard run. The score was set up on a fumble recovery by Hernandez on the Norwalk 24.<\/p>\n<p>*** Norwalk took the lead back on two of Penny&#8217;s touchdowns.
