Two new names have made it into the mix via solid performances on Friday night.

1. Sierra Canyon (2-0) The Trailblazer defense has only given up 20 points in two games while the offense is averaging 38.5

2. San Dimas (1-1) The Saints needed a win against Los Altos to hold on to second place in the poll. 22-21 was just enough.

3. Paraclete (1-1) Even with their youth, playing at home in the Antelope Valley is always an advantage.
