Mayfair (5-5, Suburban #3) at St. Francis (10-0, Angelus #1) <\/b><\/p>\n

Just a tune-up for St. Francis. The Golden Knights expect to be there in the end.<\/p>\n

St. Francis 42 Mayfair 14 <\/b><\/p>\n

Dominguez (7-3, SGV #2) at La Serna (8-2, Del Rio #2) <\/b><\/p>\n

Dominguez was exposed by Downey as being one dimensional. La Serna has several options. Lancers get it done.<\/p>\n

Paramount (6-4, SGV #3) at Norwalk (7-3, Suburban #2) at Excelsior Adult School <\/b><\/p>\n

Both teams love to run. Could be a quick one. Norwalk will run away with the victory.<\/p>\n

Harvard-Westlake (7-3, Angelus #3) at Crescenta Valley (10-0, Pacific #1) at Glendale <\/b><\/p>\n

A lot of people like Harvard-Westlake. Cal Preps likes Harvard-Westlake. Wow! Doesn’t 10-0 impress anybody? It impressed me. I like CV.<\/p>\n

Muir (6-4, Pacific #2) at Cathedral (9-1, Angelus #2) <\/b><\/p>\n

Has Muir figured out Cathedral yet? The Mustangs fell to the Phantoms the first time 12-7. This time they’re at Cathedral and the Phantoms are better. Muir is always a tough out but Cathedral wins the rematch.<\/p>\n

California (6-4, Del Rio #3) at Downey (7-3, SGV #1) <\/b><\/p>\n

Nice season for Cal and first year HC Kyle Trudell. The Condors are on the rise but it ends here. Downey is just too tough, too physical. The Vikings advance.<\/p>\n

Burbank (7-3, Pacific #3) at El Rancho (8-2, Del Rio #1) <\/b><\/p>\n

The season feels special for El Rancho. The Dons aren’t about to get bounced in the opening round. Also Burbank is beaten up.<\/p>\n

Salesian (4-6, Angelus at large) at La Mirada (9-1, Suburban #1) <\/b><\/p>\n

I don’t think the Salesian Mustangs should even be here. They won’t be after Friday night. La Mirada…large.<\/p>\n
