It was definitely a tough decision but it was one I felt I had to make.\u00a0If another opportunity opens up I hope I can help that program with everything I&#8217;ve been able to learn from Arcadia,&#8221; Elias said.<\/p>\n<p>Elias was on the staff of three head coaches during his ten year run.\u00a0The majority of it was spent under\u00a0Jon Dimalante, then Chris Long for one year\u00a0and most recently Andrew Policky.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I hope the best for Arcadia.\u00a0Coaching is a\u00a0tough gig.\u00a0We as coaches\u00a0are trying to help mold teenagers into young men, while trying to win games in the process.
