Ramirez stepped down earlier this year\u00a0after four years as the HC at Schurr.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Salazar, who coached\u00a0at Schurr for\u00a023 years, will coach\u00a0the offensive line and help with play calling for Geoff Ackerman at BG. Ramirez will be working with Peter Soto,\u00a0another former Schurr coach, on the defensive side of the ball.\u00a0Ray Solis and Chris Rodriguez\u00a0have also made the move from Schurr to Bell Gardens.<\/p>\n<p>David Ramos, who had a 13 year run\u00a0as the head coach at Bell Gardens, is now the head coach at Schurr.\u00a0Needless to say the Almont\u00a0could get interesting this year.<\/p>\n<p>Bell Gardens\u00a0went 4-1 in the Almont last year and beat Schurr 26-18.\u00a0The Lancers lost to Sierra Canyon in the first round of the playoffs.
