He had over\u00a01100 yards and 9 touchdowns on the year.\u00a0The Pirates didn&#8217;t even win their league finishing second\u00a0at 2-2 behind 4-0 Carlsbad.\u00a0They got hot when it counted though\u00a0winning their last five games\u00a0culminating with a 23-14 win over El Camino to win the San\u00a0Diego\u00a0Section championship.<\/p>\n<p>La Mirada still hasn&#8217;t been threatened since September.\u00a0La Serna hung around for awhile before\u00a0the Matadores blitzed them with big plays in the second half.\u00a0\u00a0Sei-j Lauago\u00a0ran wild and the defense put the clamps on the Lancer offense. The La Mirada offense, led by Tristan Meyer, has been clicking. If\u00a0 Lauago doesn&#8217;t get you then Micah Croom or\u00a0Tevaka Tuioti will. The defense is usually good for one score\u00a0a game as well.\u00a0The La Mirada faithful should show up\u00a0 in droves again.
