{"id":51611,"date":"2016-01-23T03:18:34","date_gmt":"2016-01-23T10:18:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/midvalleysports.com\/?p=51611"},"modified":"2016-01-23T03:19:52","modified_gmt":"2016-01-23T10:19:52","slug":"pasadena-pulls-away-from-muir-in-fourth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/midvalleysports.com\/?p=51611","title":{"rendered":"Pasadena Pulls Away From Muir in Fourth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Tim Peterson<\/p>\n<p>(Pasadena) &#8211; Pasadena pulled\u00a0away\u00a0with a 20 point fourth quarter and went on to beat Muir 59-49 Friday night before a capacity\u00a0crowd at the Dog House. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Bulldogs went on a 7-0 run to break a 44 all tie in the fourth and went on to win by ten. Tyrek Adams threw down a couple of rim rattling jams during the run and scored five points in the quarter.\u00a0Adams led all scorers with 23. Ben Burgoyne helped finish off the Mustangs\u00a0with ten points in the fourth and finished with 18 overall.<\/p>\n<p>Muir stated with Pasadena early trailing by just three after one and four, 27-23, at the\u00a0half.\u00a0The Stangs were still only down two after three quarters before the Dogs iced it with the run.<\/p>\n<p>Darius Henderson did his part trying to keep Adams in check while also\u00a0leading\u00a0Muir in the\u00a0scoring column with 17.
