Did Nogales know what it was getting into? Does anyone mourn the passing of a league?<\/p>\n<p>Of course the San Antonio belonged to South Hills, three of the remaining four schools made some nice runs. All told there were six title appearances and four championships.<\/p>\n<p>Nice league, now on the scrap heap with SH banished and Nogales living in the Valle Vista.<\/p>\n<p>Do people remember old leagues? I don\u2019t know, does anyone remember the Whitmont?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Here is a very simple break down of the last nine seasons in the San Antonio.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Overall Records<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Hills: \u00a080-26-0<\/p>\n<p>West Covina: \u00a057-48-1<\/p>\n<p>Rowland: \u00a051-37-0<\/p>\n<p>Walnut: \u00a047-41-0<\/p>\n<p>Nogales: \u00a015-65-0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: The Huskies overall is terrific considering their non-league schedule includes some of the toughest programs around.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">League Records<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Hills: \u00a029-3-0<\/p>\n<p>West Covina: \u00a021-11-0<\/p>\n<p>Rowland: \u00a016-16-0<\/p>\n<p>Walnut: \u00a013-19-0<\/p>\n<p>Nogales: \u00a01-31-0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: While SH and WC were constants the last nine years, Walnut and Rowland shifted. The Mustangs, terrific in the early years of the San Antonio, has not been to the playoffs since 2004.
