Perrantes connected with Elijah Washington running the out and he took it the rest of the way for the 67-yard touchdown. On the Knights’ next possession, Perrantes found Gabriel Grbavac alone in the middle of the field who walked into the end zone.

St. Francis added two more scores before Wolverine quarterback Jameson Wang dumped it to Cameron Jones who weaved his way to the end zone from 68 yards out. However, they missed the point after attempt.

On their next possession, Harvard-Westlake pulled a fast one on the Knight defense when Wang connected on a tackle eligible who bulldozed his way for the 24-yard score.

After the touchdown, the Wolverines upped their score to 13, trailing the Knights 28-13 with 9:19 left in the second quarter.

St. Francis was able to punch back with two more scoring drives. Perrantes hooked up with Dulcich on a 4-yard slant and Kevin Armstead received a hand off and found the end zone from 12-yards out.

The Wolverines were able to retaliate with a touchdown of their own on their ensuing possession but the Knights fired back with three more scores including a 50-yard bomb from Perrantes to Dulcich before the halftime horn.

After intermission, the scoring continued when Armstead bounced his way to the end zone with 4:12 left in the third. Loyal Terry scored Harvard-Westlake’s final touchdown of the night, setting the score at 63-27.

With a running clock in the fourth, St. Franks added two more touchdowns before the contest ended.

With the win, the Knights stay undefeated on the year and host Cathedral next Friday night.

With the loss, the Wolverines even their league record at 2-2 and host La Salle next Friday.

By Alex Gonzalez (La Canada) The St. Francis offense, led by Darius Perrantes and Greg Dulcich compiled 601 total yards of offense in the Golden Knights 77-27 win against Harvard-Westlake Thursday night at Friedman Field.

[12816

post-61650","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-hsfootball
["GET
