Farrar has won five CIF Southern Section championships with Charter Oak and has accumulated 331 total victories.<\/p>\n<p>Farrar is hoping to find a donor that can help fight his battle with leukemia, and the school is conducting a cheek swab on July 20 at 10 a.m., at Charter Oak High School.<\/p>\n<p>Charter Oak posted this on their Twitter page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention #COFamily: <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>We are sad to share Big Lou was just diagnosed with #leukemia.
