(Photo by Duane Barker)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By Tim Peterson <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Inglewood) &#8211; The Chargers let Head Coach Anthony Lynn go after four years at the helm the team announced Monday.  <\/p>\n\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Lynn had an overall record of 33-31 during his four-year tenure including 1-1 in the post season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chargers went 12-4 in 2018 and won the wild-card playoff game but they went 12-20 over the last two years including 7-9 this season. The Chargers won their last four games after starting the season 3-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This morning I informed Anthony Lynn that we have made the decision to part ways with him as our head coach. I&#8217;m not sure there is another person in this league more respected as a human being than Anthony, and I want to sincerely express my deepest gratitude for his leadership during a time of great change for our organization,&#8221; Owner Dean Spanos said in a statement.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chargers beat the Kansas City Chiefs 38-21 Sunday in the season finale.
