The Rams played just one game in the recently concluded Spring season &#8211; a 35-8 loss to South Pasadena on April 16. Temple City went 11-16 during Saxon&#8217;s tenure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Saxon indicated that the reason he resigned was to spend more time with his family. &#8220;1000 percent. That&#8217;s the only reason. I actually stepped down last year.
