La Rosa&#8217;s best year was 2023 when he guided Chino to a perfect regular season record of 10-0, a Sierra League title and an overall record of 11-1. The Cowboys advanced to the second round of the CIF Division 7 playoffs before falling to Mayfair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chino made the playoffs four times under LaRosa. There were no playoffs during the COVID season (Spring 2021) and the only year the Cowboys missed was LaRosa&#8217;s first year in 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chino made it to the second round of the playoffs the last three seasons. This past season the Cowboys went 5-7 overall and won the Hacienda League with a record of 4-1.
