Elijah Modlen picked off backup quarterback Trey Lance after the Chargers had moved the ball down the field to halt a drive. Trey Dye also had a nice deflection of a Justin Herbert pass to slow down the offense. Khalil Mack had a sack of Herbert on another defensive play.
