The Cleveland Browns are waiving tight end Dae&#8217;Quan Wright, who has an agreement in place to play for LSU for the 2026 season if he clears waivers. Wright is believed to be the first player to have an agreement to return to play in college after signing with an NFL team as an undrafted free agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The Rams shutout the New Orleans Saints 34-0 Saturday in the second preseason game. Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty was helped off the field practice Sunday after suffering an apparent right knee injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Alabama named sophomore Keelon Russell as its starting quarterback after he beat out senior Austin Mack for the job.
