The LA KISS kick off their inaugural season in March. KCAL will begin coverage with the team\u2019s second home game against the Cleveland Gladiators on April 12. The deal provides KCAL broadcast rights to five home games and three road games through July. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<i>\u201cWe are excited to have the opportunity to partner with the legendary Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley and help them reintroduce Arena Football to Southern California,\u201d<\/i> said Steve Mauldin, President and General Manager, KCAL 9 and CBS 2. <i>\u201cClearly, these are people who have mastered the art of showmanship and we look forward to providing our viewers with a front row seat to the inaugural season of L.A. KISS Football through our game broadcasts and coverage during our SPORTS CENTRAL sports newscasts.\u201d \u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Collectively, KCAL 9 and sister station CBS 2 are the home of the region\u2019s largest local TV news organization.
