Last year in Monrovia&#8217;s run oriented offense,\u00a0Spencer caught eight passes for 126 yards and a touchdown and averaged over 15 yards a catch.\u00a0He&#8217;s also a ballhawk\u00a0 on defense and will patrol the secondary from his safety position.\u00a0Opposing quarterbacks beware\u00a0of tossing up ducks because Spencer will be there to swallow them up. &#8220;He hasn&#8217;t even scratched the surface yet,&#8221; said\u00a0one area coach.
