Shanahan , who has interviewed with the Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills, and San Francisco 49ers, went 3-13 in 2013 as the Redskins HC.<\/p>\n<p>Former Chicago Bears HC Marc Trestman is interviewing to be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator.
