(Photo by Joe T.)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Morro Bay has selected David Kelley as its new head coach to replace Jack Greer who stepped down after the Pirates season ended.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Previously Kelley spent five seasons as the San Luis Obispo HC where he compiled a 25-27 record, with two playoff appearances, for the Tigers. He&#8217;s known for running the triple-option offense \u00a0and previously spent the 2004 and 2005 seasons as part of the Morro Bay coaching staff.<\/p>\n<p>The Pirates, featuring a run heavy offense, finished 2013 with a 5-6 record, and narrowly lost to Northwest Division semifinalist Pasadena Poly, 7-0, in the first round.
