He spent the last two years as an assistant at\u00a0La Serna.\u00a0Gallardo takes over for Ibis Aguilar who was dismissed in December.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m just looking forward\u00a0to putting a good staff together and starting the off season work outs,&#8221; Gallardo said.\u00a0&#8220;As for the\u00a0program\u00a0I love the small community atmosphere and the toughness of the players.
