(Glendora) –\u00a0Azusa Pacific capped off its spring workouts with its annual Brick vs.\u00a0Black game Saturday at Citrus College.<\/p>\n

The game allows the\u00a0coaching staff to see their players in live competition\u00a0and how they perform in actual game circumstances.\u00a0Andrew\u00a0Elffers (Brick) and Chad\u00a0Jeffries (black) handled\u00a0the quarterback duties, while running backs Deven Boston and transfer Jake Payton looked good\u00a0as they each scored a touchdown. The Brick ultimately\u00a0came out on top and received ice cream sundaes as a reward.<\/p>\n
