CANYON 60<\/strong> vs. LA SALLE 48<\/p>\n The Cowboys (9-3) took advantage of untimely miscues by the Lancers (7-2) late in the fourth quarter to survive a potential upset in their first game in the tournament.<\/p>\n Canyon was led by Brooke Lemar\u2019s 17 points.\u00a0 Lemar also had two key assists in the fourth quarter that ensured the victory.<\/p>\n With La Salle threatening to get even at 48 with less than four minutes to play, Amber Evans buried a three-pointer that would put the game away for the Cowboys.<\/p>\n Itos Aikhionbare led the Lancers with 21 game-high points.<\/p>\n SERRA 64<\/strong> vs. FSHA 19<\/p>\n The Cavaliers a high-pressured defense to disrupt the Tologs early to jump out to a 22-8 lead to cruise to an easy victory.<\/p>\n Raven Gammage scored 13 of her 19 game-high points in the first half.<\/p>\n Serra was able to blow the game wide-open in the second quarter when going on a 29-7 to run that went from the beginning of the second quarter to the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy was led by Olivia Warner with eight points.<\/p>\n LA CANADA 47<\/strong> vs. BURBANK 27<\/p>\n The Lady Spartans were able to limit the Bulldogs to six-first half point\u2019s enroute to a Pool A win.<\/p>\n La Canada\u2019s Courtney McCutchan scored 10 points in the first quarter and finished with a game-high 15.<\/p>\n Burbank was never able to get on track on offense as they were unable to score more than nine points in a quarter.<\/p>\n Evelyn Abrami was able to lead the Bulldogs with eight points in the loss.<\/p>\n FLINTRIDGE PREP 41<\/strong> vs. KEPPEL 36<\/p>\n The Rebels staged an incredible upset of defending Almont League champion Aztecs as they battled to a Pool D win.<\/p>\n Deanna Watson was able to break a 34-34 deadlock with a three-pointer from the top of the key and Flintridge Prep\u2019s defense held Keppel to four points in the fourth quarter to come from behind in the final quarter.<\/p>\n The Aztecs had a 34-29 lead before getting outscored 11-2 with less than five minutes to play in the game.<\/p>\n Watson led the Rebels with 15 points with 10 coming in the fourth quarter. \u00a0Keppel was led
