(Bell Gardens) –\u00a0Geoff Ackerman is out as the head coach at Bell Gardens after three years.<\/p>\n
The Lancers finished 6-4 overall\u00a0this year\u00a0and missed the playoffs. Ackerman was 17-15\u00a0overall and 0-2 in the post season since taking over\u00a0 for David Ramos\u00a0following the 2012 campaign. The Lancers\u00a0lost to Sierra Canyon in the first round of the playoffs in 2013\u00a0and fell to San Marino last year.<\/p>\n
Bell Gardens\u00a0took third in league\u00a0this year in the Almont League\u00a0falling to Montebello\u00a0and Schurr\u00a0but didn’t receive a CIF post season bid.<\/p>\n
