But that possession ended when KISS quarterback Nathan Stanley was intercepted by Arkeith Brown in the endzone. The Rattlers immediately cashed in when Nick Davila connected with Rod Windsor for a 19-yard TD strike to go up 41-21 and the KISS could never recover.

The KISS did manage one more score when Stanley found Brandon Collins for an eight-yard score to cut the lead to 13 points. But that was the last time the KISS score as the Rattlers reeled off the next 28 points.

Arizona jumped out to a 21-7 lead after one. Davila found Windsor for a four-yard score and Kerry Reed for one. The other score came on a four-yard run by Mykel Benson.

Donovan “Captain” Morgan caught an eight-yard TD pass from Stanley in the first quarter and a 28-yard strike in the second quarter. Anthony Amos caught three balls for 49 yards and also returned a kick off for a touchdown.

Rattler QB Davila finished an efficient 20 of 26 for 193 yards and five touchdowns with no interceptions. Benson had nine carries for 36 yards and 3 TDs.

“Without a doubt we took a thorough butt kicking tonight. Arizona has been one of the best teams in this league for a long time and they dominated us tonight,” said KISS head coach Omarr Smith. “The things we talked about coming into this game we didn’t get done.
