The Rams coaching staff was offered a running clock to start the third quarter but turned it down. Arroyo increased its advantage to 23-0 when Daniel Mendoza blocked a punt that went out of the end zone.<\/p>\n<p>Seven minutes later Devin Knight scored his third touchdown on a 7-yard pass from Villa.<\/p>\n<p>Then with 1:35 to go in the half Steven Ocariz plowed in from a yard out and the score was 36-0.<\/p>\n<p>Temple City&#8217;s seven first-half possessions concluded as follows: Turnover on downs, punt, punt, punt (blocked), interception, interception, and turnover downs.<\/p>\n<p>In the fourth Ernesto Camacho scored on a 1-yard run and Nathan Dang pushed in from 2-yards out.<\/p>\n<p>Arroyo&#8217;s Villa finished 12 of 23 for 202 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.<\/p>\n<p>The victory improved Arroyo to 2-0. The Knights game with Covina finished in a 17-17 tie last Saturday night, but this week Covina forfeited the game because of an illegal player.<\/p>\n<p>Next week Arroyo travels to Hart.<\/p>\n<p>Temple City fell to 0-2 and have been outscored 92-14.
