If there is any school that has mastered the art of the head coaching transition it is Burbank.<\/p>\n

They went from Ted Amorosi who led the Bulldogs to their first playoff victory in 80 years\u2026To Hector Valencia who led them to the semifinals\u2026To Richard Broussard who took them to the CIF Finals\u2026and now to homegrown, on campus teacher, Adam Colman.<\/p>\n

Anxious to see what the next few years bring for The Bank.<\/p>\n

There was a time when I thought coaching changes and players transferring in local football was exciting\u2026interesting\u2026now\u2026well, now it just sort of bums me out.<\/p>\n

If the moves were truly an upgrade, then sweet\u2026but most feel like moves of desperation. Desperate to get out of a bad situation\u2026school in desperate need of a change\u2026so desperate that anything will suffice\u2026<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been there a few times\u2026I think it\u2019s overrated. It\u2019s not bad\u2026but the place I\u2019ve seen\u2014by far\u2014is Talking Stick (where the Diamondbacks & Rockies).<\/p>\n

New England Patriots players are boycotting the traditional trip to the White House because of President Donald Trump\u2026Hilarious\u2026No one should criticize these players\u2026They shouldn\u2019t have to go and can protest all they want\u2026<\/p>\n

However, the thing that most protesters (paid & unpaid) are missing is that Trump is not a Republican\u2026A real-Republican would have surrendered months ago\u2026Trump\u2019s energized by this stuff\u2026So knock yourself out, it\u2019s fun to watch.<\/p>\n

White House press briefings should be moved to prime time.<\/p>\n

So Trump serves all four years (if the Republicans don\u2019t impeach him)\u2026Does this mean no championship team will go to the White House again?<\/p>\n

Awesome.<\/p>\n

What if he serves eight years? What if Mike Pence, runs and is elected in 2024? Eight to twelve years with no sports teams visiting the White House? What if Pence is re-elected, sixteen years with no sports teams visiting the White House\u2026You mean, no more stupid pics with stupid smiles and stupid jersey exchanges?<\/p>\n

(Please don\u2019t leave a comment saying sixteen years won\u2019t happen\u202611\/8\/2016 happened\u2026Winning the Super Bowl after being down 28-3 happened\u2026We live in a day and age where anything is possible.)<\/p>\n

Super Bowl Visit to White House Final Add: The 0nly great moment of any visit was Ronald Reagan saying; \u201cWhere\u2019s Ricky Sanders!\u201d<\/p>\n

Reagan completes the pass to Sanders and Sanders celebrates\u2026The only thing missing was Denver Broncos\u2019 safety Tony Lily chasing after him.<\/p>\n

Question for High School Baseball & Softball Coaches: What determines the size of your roster? Is it the number of uniforms available? Is it a reasonable number the individual coach feels he can carry and use? I\u2019ve always been curious about this\u2026Nothing snarky\u2026I\u2019m really asking\u2026<\/p>\n
