Bowman connected with Daniel Centeno for a 19-yard gain, bringing the offense into Tiger territory. Samuel Jackimowicz joined the party after his 18-yard run brought his offense into the red zone. Two plays later he capped the drive with his 7-yard run.

On the ensuing Tigers possession, the offense failed to generate any production and was forced to punt after three plays. Later in the second quarter, Bowman punched in his rushing score from a yard out with 10:50 to play.

Following the touchdown, the Ram’s defense sacked Justin Huff who fumbled the football which was recovered by Patrick Ekmekjian. Bowman then completed 3-of-4 passes for 73 yards on the next drive. On his fourth pass to Isaiah Cassillas, he connected on a slip-screen that went 18-yards for a touchdown.

Temple City led 21-0 at halftime.

To start the second half, Cassillas returned the kickoff 85-yards to paydirt to bring TC’s score up to 28-0.

Late in the third quarter, when South Pas was forced to punt, Isaiah Isaac evaded a Tiger blocker and blocked the kick. On the next play, Christopher Klementich punched in the rushing touchdown to bring the score to 34 after the missed point after attempt.

To end the night, Bowman hooked up with Benjamin Clark on an out-route for a 3-yard touchdown.

The Tigers finally got on the board with 1:55 left in the fourth quarter when Jackson Totleben punched in the teams only score from 2-yards out.

With the win, the Rams move to 4-2, 1-0, and travel to San Marino next Friday night. With the loss, the Tigers move to 4-4, 0-2, and travel La Canada next Friday.

By Alex Gonzalez (Temple City) — Justin Bowman passed for 223 yards, threw two touchdowns and added a rushing score in the Temple City Rams 41-7 homecoming win over the South Pasadena Tigers Friday night at Bob Hitchcock Stadium at North field.

[12816

post-61460","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-hsfootball
["GET
