At Northview he was instrumental in the development of quarterback Steven Comstock who recently committed to Fresno State.<\/p>\n<p>For Monrovia AD Randy Bell Williams it was a clear cut choice.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He is articulate, even keeled and seems devoted to working with (and building up) high school aged kids.
